Deinosuchus

You'll have reason to fear the depths when aquatic predators roam the waterways of Isla Spiro. Be extremely careful when venturing near bodies of water ... otherwise you could meet your end in the jaws of a terrible Deinosuchus!

• The Deinosuchus must be twice the weight of a dinosaur to grab it. The grab threshold increases if the target dinosaur is in the water. (Example: A full-grown Stegosaurus can be grabbed in water)

• Slowest dinosaur on land, with reduced turning speed, higher risk of falling damage and increased water consumption on land. (Younger Deinos move faster on land than adult Deinos)

• Deinosuchus cannot sprint on land if it holds a dinosaur in its mouth with its jump attack.

• Can swim 500 meters underwater before its stamina is exhausted. Swimming time: 1 minute, recovery time: 5 minutes. Underwater speed: 30 km/h.

• Can swim 450 meters on the surface before its stamina is exhausted. At 0 stamina, it sinks until it regenerates enough stamina or reaches the bottom. Surface speed: 27 km/h.

• Deino calls do not work under water. You have to swim to the surface.

• Courting must take place on the surface.

• Deinos do not get a debuff if they overeat.

• Deinos cannot wallow in the mud.

• Deinosuchus can no longer sense creatures underwater (with Q).

• The Deinosuchus is the most difficult dinosaur to play in the game with the longest growth time. Not recommended for beginners.

• Since version 0.18.11, the turning speed of Deinosuchus in water has been reduced.
